Before you email

Most of what people write in about can be fixed in under a minute from inside the app. The six answers below cover almost every message we get. If yours is not here, email us and we will get to it.

Contents
  1. I cannot sign in
  2. My verification code never arrived
  3. Cancel, change plan, or update my card
  4. Refunds
  5. The board looks behind, or setups are hidden
  6. Is my real money at risk?
  7. Email us

1. I cannot sign in

Fademarket signs you in with a code sent to your email or phone. There is no password to forget. Open the app's sign-in, enter the same email or phone number you signed up with, and we send a fresh code.

If you originally set a password you can still use it, but you will be asked to confirm the code as well. Both routes end in the same account.

2. My verification code never arrived

In order, the things that actually cause this:

  1. Check spam and promotions. The first message to a new address lands there more often than not.
  2. Check the address or number for a typo. A code cannot arrive at an address that does not exist, and we cannot see that it bounced.
  3. Wait, then request one more. Codes are rate limited, so requesting five in a row slows delivery down rather than speeding it up.
  4. Try the other channel. If email is not arriving, sign up or sign in with your phone number instead.

Still nothing? Email us from the address you are trying to use and we will verify the account by hand.

3. Cancel, change plan, or update my card

You do this yourself, and it takes one tap. Open the app, go to Profile → Manage subscription. That opens Stripe's own billing portal, where you can cancel, switch between monthly and annual, update your card, and download every invoice.

There is no retention call and no email required. Cancelling stops the next charge and you keep member access until the end of the period you already paid for. The full rules are in the billing and cancellation policy.

4. Refunds

Your first month carries a 30 day money-back guarantee, conditioned on actually having used the desk. The exact terms, including what is and is not covered, are written out in the billing and cancellation policy rather than summarised here.

To claim it, email naeem@fade.market within 30 days of your first charge. Refunds are issued by hand through Stripe, back to the card you paid with.

If you are a consumer in the UK, EU, or another country with a statutory cancellation right for digital services, that right applies to you and overrides the above.

5. The board looks behind, or setups are hidden

That is the free tier working as designed, not a fault:

Members get the full board with zero delay. If you are a member and still seeing a delay or a lock, that is a real bug and we want to hear about it.

6. Is my real money at risk?

No, not by default. Every account starts as a paper account with simulated money. Nothing you do on the board can touch a real balance.

Live trading through Hyperliquid exists, but it is off unless you deliberately turn it on, connect your own wallet, and are approved for it. If you have not done all three, you are on paper.

7. Email us

Write to naeem@fade.market. To get a useful reply on the first exchange rather than the third, include:

For anything about a charge, include the date and the last four digits of the card. Never send us a full card number, a password, or a wallet private key. We will never ask for any of them, and a message that does ask is not from us.

What support is not

We can help with your account, your billing, and anything broken in the product. We cannot tell you what to trade, whether to take a setup, or what to do with a position. Fademarket is education and a public record, not financial advice, and that line does not move for support email either.
