1. What a membership is

A Fademarket membership is a recurring subscription to educational material and tooling. It unlocks the full board rather than the delayed, masked free view, the full Coach allowance, the course, and member features.

It does not buy advice, a result, or a service level. Read the Terms of Service for what the product is and is not.

2. The billing period

Plans
Plan Price Renews
Monthly 297 US dollars Every month, automatically, until you cancel.
Annual 2,970 US dollars Every year, automatically, until you cancel. Offered where the annual plan is switched on; if it is not available the app bills monthly and says so rather than substituting silently.

Both plans are auto-renewing subscriptions. There is no fixed term and no lock-in, and there is nothing to do at the end of a period: it renews on its own until you cancel it.

Your entitlement runs to the end of the current paid period. The app reads that date from Stripe rather than guessing it, and re-checks it against Stripe when the stored value looks wrong, so your access reflects what you actually paid for.

All prices are in US dollars and exclusive of any tax that applies where you are. Any tax that applies to your purchase is calculated and shown at checkout before you pay.

3. How the charge is taken

4. How to cancel

You cancel it yourself, in the app, at any time. No email required, no retention call, no form.

  1. Open the app and go to Profile, then Membership.
  2. Open the billing portal. That is Stripe's own hosted portal, reached through your signed-in account.
  3. Cancel the subscription there. You can also update your card and see your invoices in the same place.

The portal is available to anyone who has completed a checkout. If you never had a paid subscription there is nothing to manage, and the app will tell you so.

Cancelling stops the next charge. It does not retroactively undo a charge already taken. See sections 5 and 7.

5. What happens to your access when you cancel

You keep member access until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling on day two of a month does not cut you off on day two. The subscription is marked cancelled, and your entitlement continues until the current period ends.

When the period ends, your account returns to the free view. It is not deleted, and you are not charged again. On the free view:

Your data is not deleted when you cancel. Your practice wallet, your full practice trade history, your trade notes, your Coach conversations and your course progress all stay on your account. If you resubscribe later, they are still there. Deleting your account is a separate, irreversible request, described in the Privacy Policy.

6. Failed payments and the grace window

If a renewal payment fails, for example an expired card, your membership does not switch off at the instant the period ends. There is a short grace window, currently forty-eight hours past the end of the paid period, so a card problem does not lock you out of something you intended to keep paying for. Update your card in the billing portal inside that window and nothing is interrupted.

After the grace window your account returns to the free view as described in section 5.

The grace window exists to cover a failed renewal. Comped and promotional access has no renewal to fail, so it ends exactly on its end date with no grace.

7. Refunds

Stated plainly

The product does not implement refunds. There is no refund code in the billing system, no refund button, no automatic proration and no self-service refund path. A refund can only happen as a manual action by the operator inside the Stripe dashboard.

What that means in practice:

Owner decision required

We do not offer refunds on membership payments. You can cancel at any time from inside the app, and you keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not refund the current one.

If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, the European Union, or another country with a statutory cancellation right for online digital services, that right applies to you and overrides the no-refund position above. In most of those countries it is a 14 day window from purchase. To use it, email us at naeem@fade.market.

8. The founding yearly rate

Ported as-is, unresolved

Promotional pricing, when it is running, is shown at checkout with its own terms. The price you see at checkout is the price you are charged.

As the code stands, a limited founding rate rides the annual plan:

If you cancel a founding subscription, the locked rate goes with it. Resubscribing later means paying whatever the price is then.

9. Comped access and promotional codes

The operator can grant time-limited membership without a payment, for example a short trial, using a promotional code redeemed in the app.

10. Duplicate charges

The system is built to stop you paying twice. An account with an active membership is refused a second checkout. A previously stored Stripe customer is reused rather than duplicated. A double-clicked checkout is collapsed into one Stripe session. If a second subscription is somehow created and later cancelled, cancelling it does not revoke the membership you are actually paying for.

If you nonetheless see two charges, contact the operator with both Stripe receipts and it will be corrected manually.

11. Price changes

The operator may change the price of a membership. An existing subscription continues at the price it was created at until it is changed in Stripe, and any change to what you pay will be notified to you before it takes effect. If you do not accept a new price, cancel before the next renewal.

at least 30 days before it takes effect at your next renewal

12. Disputes and chargebacks

If you do not recognise a charge, check section 3 for what appears on your statement, then contact the operator before raising a dispute with your bank. A chargeback on a subscription that was used takes longer to resolve than an email, and an account subject to an unresolved chargeback may be suspended under the Terms of Service.

Billing questions, cancellation help and refund requests: naeem@fade.market, NAEEM INC, 12397 South Orange Blossom Trail #134, Orlando, Florida 32837, USA.

Include the email address on the account and the date of the charge. Do not send card numbers by email; nobody at Fademarket needs them, and nobody will ask for them.
