1. What Fademarket is

Fademarket, at fade.market, is an education platform and a public record of graded trade setups. A Fade is a graded trade against a market overreaction: a named instrument, a direction, a grade from A to F, an entry, a target and a stop, published so it can be judged later against what actually happened.

The board is the front door. It scans stocks, crypto and a small set of commodities, grades what it finds, and publishes the result. The app adds a practice trading account, a course, and Coach, the in-app AI trading coach. By using any of it you agree to these terms.

Fademarket is not a broker, not a dealer, not an exchange, not a custodian, not an investment adviser and not a money transmitter. It does not hold your money, it does not hold your assets, and it does not place orders for you except where you have separately and deliberately connected your own exchange account under section 6.

2. Education, not financial advice

Everything published here is educational material. It is general information about a trading method, produced for a general audience, without any knowledge of your finances, your obligations, your tax position, your risk tolerance or your objectives.

Nothing on Fademarket is financial advice, investment advice, trading advice, a personal recommendation, a solicitation, an offer to buy or sell any instrument, or an opinion on whether any instrument is suitable for you. No content here creates an advisory, fiduciary, brokerage or agency relationship between you and the operator.

The in-app AI is bound to the same limit by its own instructions: it is built to teach the method and explain the live board, and it is explicitly forbidden from giving personalised financial advice. Treat any answer it gives as teaching material, not as a recommendation to act.

If you want advice about your own situation, speak to a licensed professional in your own country.

3. Grades are educational signals, never recommendations

Every published Fade carries a letter grade from A to F. A grade is a score of how well a setup matches the method's own conditions. It is a teaching device and a scoring device. It is not a prediction, not a probability, not a rating of an instrument's quality, and not an instruction to trade.

You decide what to do. Every trading decision you take, and every consequence of it, is yours alone.

4. Risk of loss

Risk warning

Trading carries a substantial risk of loss and is not suitable for everyone. You can lose some or all of the money you put at risk. Markets can move against you faster than you can react, and outside normal trading hours a market can reopen at a price far from where you last saw it.

Leverage increases that risk. Leverage magnifies losses as well as gains, and a leveraged position can be liquidated by the venue, closing your position at a loss without your involvement. Never risk money you cannot afford to lose.

Past behaviour of a market, of a method, or of any record published here does not tell you what will happen next. Nothing on this platform reduces market risk, and no grade, signal, alert or coaching answer should be read as a safety net.

5. Practice money: paper trading

Paper trading on Fademarket is practice money on real prices. It is a simulation, end to end.

6. Live trading is gated, opt-in and geo-restricted

Live trading is a separate, deliberately restricted feature. It is switched off by default at the server. Where it is switched on, every one of the following must be true before a single live action is possible:

  1. the operator has enabled the feature at the server and configured encryption for credentials;
  2. your account is on the operator's allowlist;
  3. you have attested that you are not a resident of a restricted region, and that attestation is stored with a timestamp;
  4. server-side IP geolocation on the request agrees, and the country recorded on your account agrees.

Restricted regions. Live trading is not available to users in the United States and its territories, and not available in a list of other regions the operator maintains. The geolocation check is default-deny: if it fails, times out, or cannot resolve your address, the answer is treated as restricted and live trading is refused. Paper trading is never affected by any of this.

You trade your own account. Live trading works by you creating an agent wallet on a third-party venue, Hyperliquid, and connecting it. The venue relationship is yours, not the operator's. The operator is not your broker and does not take custody of your funds. An agent wallet can place and cancel orders but cannot withdraw or transfer funds, and you can revoke it at the venue at any time, independently of Fademarket.

Your orders are your responsibility. Every live order is initiated by you. You are responsible for the instrument, the direction, the size, the leverage, the stop, the timing, and for meeting the venue's own rules, margin requirements and liquidation terms. The operator enforces a server-side ceiling on notional size and leverage as a safety brake, not as risk management for you, and may lower or raise those ceilings, or withdraw the feature entirely, at any time and without notice.

Test network by default. Where the feature is on, it defaults to the venue's test network, which uses play funds. Real-money trading is an explicit, deliberate configuration change. Credentials validated on one network are not valid on the other.

Software fails. Feeds go stale, requests time out, servers restart, and third parties have outages. Do not assume an order was placed, filled, cancelled or closed because the interface said so. The venue's own record is the authoritative one. Manage open risk at the venue if you cannot reach Fademarket.

7. Coach, the in-app AI

Coach is the in-app AI trading coach. It teaches the method, explains what is on the live board, and can reference your own practice record so its teaching is about your trading rather than generic.

8. The free view and the delay

The free view of the board is deliberately delayed by a fixed interval, currently fifteen minutes, and deliberately incomplete: the crypto board is open, while stock and commodity rows are shown as a limited, masked preview with direction, entry, ladder, target, stop and levels withheld. Prices used to mark practice positions are not delayed.

That is the design of the free tier, not a fault. The delay, the size of the preview, and what a membership unlocks may all change. Attempting to defeat the delay or the preview, including by scripting the public endpoints, is a breach of section 10.

9. Your account

10. Acceptable use

Do not:

The operator may rate-limit, restrict, suspend or remove access for a breach, and keeps an audit log of account activity for that purpose.

11. Membership and payment

Membership is a recurring paid subscription that unlocks the full board, the full Coach allowance, the course and member features. It is sold at 297 US dollars per month, with an annual option, and is billed through Stripe. Card details are entered on Stripe's own hosted page and are never handled by Fademarket.

Billing periods, cancellation, what happens to your access when you cancel, and the operator's position on refunds are all set out on the Billing and Cancellation page, which forms part of these terms.

A membership buys access to educational material and tooling. It does not buy advice, results, a service level, or the continued existence of any particular feature.

12. The public record and your content

The board, the grades, the course, the written method, the software and the brand belong to the operator. You get a personal, non-exclusive, revocable licence to use them for your own learning. Nothing here transfers ownership.

Published Fades resolve on a public record, wins and losses both, and that record stays up. Aggregate, non-identifying statistics about how the method performed are part of the product.

Content you create in the app stays yours: your practice trades, your notes on why you took a trade, your Coach conversations, your uploaded text files, your projects. You grant the operator the licence it needs to store that content, show it back to you, and process it to run the features you used it in, including sending the relevant parts to the AI provider so Coach can answer. Your username and practice performance appear on the in-app leaderboard where you have a qualifying account.

If you send feedback or a feature suggestion, the operator may use it without owing you anything for it.

13. No guarantee of results

The operator does not promise, guarantee, project or imply any result from using Fademarket. There is no guarantee of profit, no guarantee of any win rate, no guarantee that any grade, Fade, alert or lesson will be accurate or useful, and no guarantee that using the platform will make you a better trader.

Any figure published on the record is a description of what already happened under a specific set of conditions. It is not a forecast and it is not a representation about your own results. Your results depend on your decisions, your discipline, your risk, your costs, your venue and market conditions, none of which the operator controls.

14. Changes to the service

This is an actively developed product. Features, grading logic, thresholds, limits, prices, tiers, delays and the scanned universe change, sometimes without notice, and features can be withdrawn. The operator may change these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with a new effective date, and continuing to use the service after that date is acceptance. If you do not accept a change, stop using the service and cancel any membership.

15. Termination

You can stop using Fademarket at any time. You can cancel a membership yourself through the billing portal, as described on the Billing and Cancellation page.

The operator may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for a breach of these terms, for abuse of the service or another user, for suspected fraud or payment fraud, where required by law, or where the operator discontinues the service. Termination for a breach does not entitle you to a refund of any amount already billed.

On termination your licence to use the platform ends and live-trading permission is revoked. Deletion of your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy. Note that account deletion is currently performed by the operator on request, is irreversible, and removes your practice record, your Coach history and your stored credentials.

Positions you hold at a third-party venue are yours and remain yours. Losing access to Fademarket does not close them. You must manage them at the venue.

16. Disclaimer of warranties

The service is provided as is and as available, without warranty of any kind, to the fullest extent the law allows. The operator does not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, that grades, prices, data, alerts or AI output will be accurate, complete or current, or that any defect will be corrected. Market data and geolocation come from third parties and are used as received.

17. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, the operator is not liable for trading losses, lost profits, lost opportunity, lost data, or any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the service, from any grade, signal, alert, lesson or AI answer, from any delay, outage, data error or failed order, or from anything that happens in your account at a third-party venue.

Where liability cannot be excluded, the operator's total liability to you is limited to the total amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain exclusions, so parts of this section may not apply to you. Nothing here is intended to exclude liability for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded.

18. Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, and any dispute will be brought in the courts of the state and federal courts located in Orange County, Florida.

You are responsible for complying with the law where you are. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the rest stays in force. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and the Billing and Cancellation page, are the whole agreement between you and the operator about the service.
